Appointments
Because we value our patients'
time, we try to stay on time with our schedule and
will try
to complete treatment in as few visits as possible.
If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment,
we request at least 24 hours notice so that another
patient may
benefit from the treatment time that was reserved for
you. Appointments canceled with insufficient notice
frequently leaves us without time to reschedule others.
Although
we dislike having to bill for lost time, if appointments
are not canceled as requested, a fee may be assessed.
EMERGENCIES
Dr. Arakawa is always ready to handle
your emergencies, just call the office at (808) 674-8808.
If the office is closed, our answering machine will
provide Dr. Arakawa's mobile phone number,
or a number where
assistance can be obtained.
